Shipping and Processing Times

Non Personalized/Custom Items
For items that do not require customization, most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders over weekends and holidays. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.  For standard shipping, please add an additional 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once processed. 

Personalized and Custom Items.
Custom items require additional processing time depending on demand.  However most customizations will be completed within 1-3 business days.  Add 

Shipping Guarantees
Standard shipping is not guaranteed by any courier as it can be affected by weather, seasonal demand, and local service times after arrival in your area.  Thus standard shipments are not guaranteed

Priority and Express shipments have various guarantee service levels depending on the carrier.  These shipments can also be affected by external sources.  If your shipment arrives late after paying additional shipping, contact us immediately so we can make a claim with the carrier.  If successful we will process a full refund for shipping only.  If unsuccessful, we will proceed on a case by case basis.

Multiple Shipments
We use external partners from some printing, customizations and fulfilment.  This mean some orders may arrive in different parcels on different days, and have different processing times.   However you will pay a single shipping fee unless you see a seperate fee on the product page itself.
